| I was more impressed than words can say. Everything about my recent visit was fabulous. Not only was I greeted warmly at the door, I was introduced to the other men at the counter to make me feel welcomed. All of my questions were answered in a way that I could understand them, and I was treated with respect. Being new to Olympia, I am so grateful that I took the recommendation of several owners at my condo complex. They were right...Mike's Plum St. business is the place to go. PLUS, the waiting area is comfortable. An added bonus is that valet service is available if I wanted to be taken home to wait for completion of my car service. I hit the jackpot in finding this business! I moved here from Edmonds and used the same car service place there for 37 years. I am a loyal person, and Mike's Plum St is now going to be the place where I will take my car. Thank you for your integrity, honesty, and kindness. Those qualities did not go unnoticed. | It is always nice to review a well run business. They went out of their way to help me out and I will not forget it. They saved me hundreds of dollars on a wheel replacement by picking up a used wheel for me. These guys gave me that peaceful easy feeling. you can't beat that. thanks again guys. . |

| Service was impeccable, work done in both instances on short notice, was correct and fairly priced. Mike and Ken both offered to give me a ride to anywhere I needed to go while they worked on my truck. I was traveling thru Olympia(on a holiday no lees) and they fit me into their already busy schedule to get me back on the road. I?m very grateful for their quality service, and kindness. |

| You guys were great. I can't remember when the owner took me for a drive in my car to listen (with his finely tuned ear) to see if I had a wheel bearing problem or not and tried to teach me how to listen too! The shuttle driver was great too, timely and nice, and my car drives so much quieter/better with that spanking set of new tires! |
