| I love Mike's Plum Street Automotive! I moved to Olympia last May and had to find new providers for everything, including my vehicle. I have a Mini Cooper which not everyone works on. I called Mike's and was greeted so kindly, got an immediate appointment and was greeted in such a friendly and professional manner upon my arrival. Mike ordered the special wipers I needed for my Mini and on the day of my appointment I was in and out in no time. I was also able to relax in the shop's cozy waiting room while my car was serviced. I just went back recently for the second time to get an oil change. I asked if they could check my tires as well and this was no problem. Nothing but positive things to say about this fabulous local business. |

| We had a coolant leak. Mike;s fixed the problem with a new water pump and advised some new hoses, timing belt due to the age of our Subaru (18 years). The staff there were efficient, informative, and communicated the needs of this repair job to us with facts and truth. That is greatly appreciated in today's world. |

| All auto care is out of reason expensive from my perspective, so I will not complain at all that the service provided at Mike's is particularly costly. It's like health care; you get what you pay for, so bite the bullet and do it. I will say that the service is honest, friendly and very reliable. They go out of the way to be helpful. |
