| My car broke down on President's Day afternoon, just as I was driving home to Portland after a weekend in Olympia. I had to be back in Portland the next day. Mike's was busy; the lot was filled with cars. And still, they made a tremendous effort to get my car repaired same-day, and they pulled it off. I couldn't be more appreciative of their efforts. |
