| Quality service is rare these days, but Ken has gone above and beyond to insure my vehicles are kept in optimal running condition. He communicates extremely well and I am very satisfied with the results. Mike?s now maintains all my vehicles. |

| Service was great. Each person in the shop were friendly and accommodating. From the service advisor to the technician to the bookkeeper, all the work was done professionally and with courtesy. The only thing I wish they could do is provide a multi-step inspection sheet in addition to bill. So I can see what things I can look after before next service is due. |
