| Service was great. Each person in the shop were friendly and accommodating. From the service advisor to the technician to the bookkeeper, all the work was done professionally and with courtesy. The only thing I wish they could do is provide a multi-step inspection sheet in addition to bill. So I can see what things I can look after before next service is due. |

| Mike's Plum Street Automotive is INCREDIBLE!! I had a dangerous situation occur with my Sprinter van, and stopped there because it was the closest place. The next morning they quickly identified the problem. I learned that it would be weeks before any of the Mercedes shops could see me, and the towing was going to be a loong way. mike himself found a way to have the parts sent quickly and within a few days had fixed my van. They provided me with transportation to a rental car. They kept me informed of their progress. Everyone was so kind. Best of all the cost was well below what I was quoted by Mercedes. I've since had the van checked over by my dealer and the work was perfect. I highly recommend them for providing exceptional service in every way. |
