| I have been trying to find a good mechanic for three years. Finally, Mike's on Plum Street, thank you! They have saved me money by advising I don't get work done when it's not worth it, which no one has ever been honest about with me before. They also have tended to overquote, which is awesome and I think should be standard practice in the industry. Other places have vastly underquoted me, leaving me hundreds of dollars in the lurch after the service when the actual (larger) bill came through. Not Mike's! They've overestimated the time it took to work on a repair, too, so that I was able to plan my day accordingly. I was so pleasantly surprised when they called to let me know the repair got done before they had estimated! Other places have screwed me over by vastly underestimating the time it would take to repair something, and then not communicating when my car would be ready. Not Mike's. And when things have taken longer than expected, they've made sure I had transportation or had my car back while they figured out next steps. I could go on, but just wanted to state my appreciation. Thanks for doing the right thing, Mike's Automotive! |

| We brought our car into Mikes in an attempt to diagnose a grinding sound. It was a pretty tough thing to diagnose and we had to take it in 3 times before we got the answers but they welcomed us back each time and were putting in a lot of work and effort to figure it out for us. Once we got our answer, parts were ordered and we were scheduled a week later. They completed the job in 1 day which was great. We?ve had the car back for almost 2 weeks now and have not experienced that grinding noise sense! So happy they were able to figure it out for us, we will be making Mikes out go to mechanic going forward! |
