| I? was traveling, half way through a 10k mile vacation and my 2019 3500HD Duramax went into limp mode on the interstate. They got me in, diagnosed and back on the road the next day!! BTW, the local Chevy dealership couldn?t get me in for 2 weeks and suggested the guys at Plumb Street!!! Excellent and do yourself a favor and take it here!!!! |

| Mike's Plum replaced a defective AC module twice. The first one was defective---heat portion didn't work. The 2nd AC module was install under warranty including labor. Right after the 2nd AC module was installed the air bag light came on. They took the car back and found a wire was not secure after the 2nd AC module was installed. They fixed this issue at no cost to me. Mike's Plum has been our auto service shop for over 5 years. |
